2. What are Custom DTF Gang Sheets?

A Custom DTF Gang Sheet allows you to combine multiple logos, designs, or images onto one sheet, helping you maximize space and reduce printing costs.

3. What are Sublimation Transfers?

Sublimation Transfers are full-color heat transfers designed for polyester garments and polyester-coated products. They produce vibrant, permanent prints that won't crack, peel, or fade.

4. What file format should I upload?

For the best printing results, we recommend:

  • PNG Format
  • Transparent Background
  • 300 DPI Resolution
  • Correct Print Size
  • Print-Ready Artwork

We print your artwork exactly as submitted.

5. Do you modify or edit artwork?

No. ILovettcustom.com does not edit, resize, or modify customer artwork. Please upload your design exactly as you want it printed.

6. What fabrics work with DTF Transfers?

Our DTF Transfers work on:

  • 100% Cotton
  • 100% Polyester
  • Cotton/Poly Blends
  • Light & Dark Garments
  • Most Fabric Colors

7. What materials are best for Sublimation Transfers?

Sublimation Transfers work best on:

  • White or Light-Colored Polyester
  • Polyester Blends
  • Polymer-Coated Hard Products

They are not recommended for 100% cotton garments.

8. Is there a minimum order?

No! We proudly offer No Minimum Order requirements. Whether you need one transfer or hundreds, we're happy to help.

9. How long does production take?

Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days. Larger or bulk orders may require additional production time.

10. Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We offer Nationwide Shipping throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers.

11. Can I place bulk or wholesale orders?

Absolutely! We welcome bulk, wholesale, and business orders. Contact us for large quantity pricing and custom solutions.

12. How do I apply DTF Transfers?

General heat press recommendations:

  • Temperature: 300–320°F
  • Time: 10–15 Seconds
  • Pressure: Medium to Firm
  • Peel: Follow the instructions provided with your transfer (Hot or Cold Peel depending on the product).

Always test on a sample garment before full production.

13. Can I wash garments after pressing?

Yes. Once applied correctly, our Premium DTF Transfers are highly durable and designed to withstand repeated washing while maintaining vibrant colors.

14. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be changed or canceled before production begins. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be modified or canceled.

15. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to resolve the problem.
